The Boonrawd Asia Beverage Co., Ltd. , one of the subsidiaries of Singha Corporation Co., Ltd.,

is located at Moo 5 Tambon Phar Ngam Amper Prom Buri Singburi province with the area of 117 Rai and was Found since 16th October 1997. PET (Poly Ethylene Tereptharate) bottle drinking water was manufactured under the “Singha drinking water” and “Purra mineral water” brand. Currently, the product line ups for Singha drinking water are 330 CC, 500 CC, 750 CC, and 1,500 CC and for Purra mineral water are 330 CC, 500 CC, 750 CC, and 1,500 CC as well. The total production capacity is approximately 230 million liters per year.

About the role

Lead and control end-to-end production operations to achieve top-tier efficiency, quality, and safety. Ensure equipment and utilities are well-maintained for uninterrupted operations, and manage resources effectively to deliver the plant’s targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and control production in line with demand and targets.

- Enforce quality standards across the production process; oversee in-process and post-process inspections of equipment and outputs.

- Analyze and continuously improve production processes for maximum efficiency and reliability.

- Allocate and manage manpower for optimal shift and line performance.

- Control production costs and use of materials, energy, and spare parts effectively.

- Coordinate cross-functionally with all internal departments and relevant external parties to resolve issues and ensure smooth operations.

- Champion safety as the first priority in every activity and procedure.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Science, or a related field.

- At least 5 years’ experience managing factory/production operations.

- Strategic thinking and planning; strong follow-through and performance control.

- Effective people management and communication skills; able to lead diverse teams.

- Strong decision-making, cross-functional collaboration, and coordination skills.

- Solid knowledge of general management and plant operation
