ROLE & RESPONSIBILITY

• Support end-to-end execution of IPO & M&A: Screening and evaluating targets, preparing business cases and financial analyses, coordinating internal/external advisors, managing timelines and due diligence, reviewing advisor deliverables and transaction documents, ensuring governance and internal approvals, and supporting negotiations and deal closing.

• Strategy & Research: Conduct industry research, market studies, benchmarking, and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and risks. Provide strategic insights and scenario analyses to guide investment decisions.

• Tax Structuring: Work with financial and tax advisors to review and propose optimal transaction/tax structures to maximize efficiency and minimize risks.

• Management Support: Draft investment memos, Board/Audit Committee papers, and prepare/present materials to support management decision-making

• Coordination: Act as central contact point across business units; maintain trackers and provide progress updates to relevant party

JOB SPECIFICATION

Specification

• Bachelor or Master Degree in a related field (i.e. Business, Finance, Economics)
• 3+ years of experience in Strategy, Financial Analysis, or Business development or related fields.
