Position Overview

We are looking for a proactive and process-minded IT Support Officer to provide day-to-day technical support and assist in improving business processes through automation, digital tools, and AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide IT support for hardware, software, network, and user access.

• Monitor and maintain standard IT systems and connectivity.

• Assist in identifying process improvement opportunities using automation and AI.

• Support basic solutions using low-code, RPA, dashboards, and approved AI tools.

• Assist with AI testing, system implementation, and user training.

• Support responsible AI usage and data security practices.

• Prepare system documents, user guides, and project updates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• 2–4 years of experience in IT Support, System Administration, or a related role.

• Basic knowledge of process improvement, workflow automation, and AI applications.

• Experience with RPA, low-code platforms, dashboards, generative AI, or AI productivity tools is preferred.

• Good troubleshooting, communication, and coordination skills.

• Service-minded, adaptable, and eager to learn new technologies.
