We are seeking a talented and experienced digital marketing strategist to join our team, specializing in Loyalty and Rewards. This role presents an exciting opportunity for a dynamic professional with expertise in loyalty programs and customer retention strategies to drive impactful digital marketing initiatives for our clients.
You will:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies focused on loyalty and rewards, with the goal of driving customer engagement, retention, and lifetime value.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives, target audience, and competitive landscape, and develop tailored loyalty program strategies that align with their goals.
  • Leverage data-driven insights to identify opportunities for optimizing loyalty programs and improving customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Manage the end-to-end execution of loyalty marketing campaigns, including campaign planning, segmentation, targeting, and performance analysis.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, analytics, and technology, to ensure seamless integration and alignment of loyalty initiatives with overall marketing strategies.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in loyalty marketing and customer engagement, and share insights and recommendations with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of loyalty programs and campaigns, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on loyalty and rewards.
  • Experience in a client-facing role (e.g. consulting, agency)
  • Proven track record of success in developing and executing digital marketing strategies that drive customer engagement, retention, and loyalty.
  • Deep understanding of loyalty program mechanics, including points-based systems, rewards structures, and customer segmentation strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and insights to inform strategy and decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients and internal teams.
  • Creative thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a passion for driving innovation and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts and ideas to diverse audiences.
