GMM MUSIC operates under the "Servicing Entire Music Business" (Total Music Business) model. Our services span from artist selection, music production, marketing, copyright management, and both physical and digital music distribution, to concert and festival organization, as well as full-scope artist management. We also run a performance arts school to develop singers, musicians, and actors into true professionals.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze business and user requirements, and design solutions that meet these needs.

• Assess the suitability of the ERP Dynamics 365 system for the organization.

• Collaborate with users and stakeholders to gather and document requirements.

• Prepare documents that summarize these requirements, such as Business

Requirements

Document (BRD) and System

Requirements

Specification (SRS).

• Evaluate and select appropriate technical solutions for developing the ERP system.

• Analyze the impacts and risks associated with implementing the ERP system.

• Work with the development team to design and develop the ERP Dynamics 365 system.

• Create and update design documents such as Data Flow Diagrams (DFD), Entity-Relationship Diagrams (ERD), and Use Case Diagrams.

• Collaborate with the testing team to ensure that the developed system meets requirements and functions correctly.

• Prepare and conduct various tests, such as Unit Testing, Integration Testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

• Provide technical consultation and support to users during and after system development.

• Create user manuals and conduct training sessions to ensure users can effectively use the ERP Dynamics 365 system.

• Coordinate and manage projects to ensure they proceed according to plan and are completed on time.

• Track project progress and report status to stakeholders.

• Maintain and support the ERP Dynamics 365 system to ensure it operates efficiently.

• Evaluate and implement system improvements based on changing business needs.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Computer Science, Information Technology, or Software Engineering.

• At least 5 years of experience as a System Analyst or in a related ERP implementation role.

• Proven experience working with ERP Dynamics 365.

• Proficiency with project management and system analysis tools such as Microsoft Project, Visio, or Jira.

• System design and documentation skills.

• Technical knowledge such as programming or software testing.

• Communication and coordination skills.

• Able to work onsite 5 days a week (Flexible working hours).
