Manage company's IT system, set IT policy, support user and troubleshoot problem.

• Manage computer, system and network
• Plan, organize, control and evaluate IT and electronic data operations
• Implement systems, policies and procedures
• Ensure network systems, server and backup performance monitoring
• Act in alignment with user needs and system functionality to contribute to organizational policy
• Preserve assets, information security and control structures
• Handle budget and ensure cost effectiveness
• Support user and troubleshooting the problem.
• Coordinating with vendor and/or product owner in case of hardware failure
• Testing and evaluating new technology

• Male or Female aged over 28 years old
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS or IT
• Minimum of 4 years' experience in IT Support, System and Network management
• Knowledge both of IT Infrastructure and IT risk management
• Knowledge in MS Windows and Office Family
• Knowledge in MS SQL Server
• Experience in HP, Dell Server
• Experience in Network, LAN, WAN, WLAN, DHCP, Firewall, Router, AP and Switch
• Experience in System Storage, AD, DNS, IIS, File Server and CCTV
• Experience in VMware and Hyper-V
• Experience in Backup Exec and Veeam Backup
• Knowledge in Call Center system (PABX Analog phone, headset and voice recorder)
• Good service mind to internal staff
• Strong analytical, Troubleshooting, and Problem solving abilities
