Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage preventive maintenance, predictive maintenance, and major maintenance plans to ensure plant reliability, availability, and operational efficiency.
• Prepare and coordinate annual maintenance plans, unit outages, major inspections, and turnaround activities for power plants.
• Develop detailed maintenance schedules, manpower plans, resource allocation plans, and work execution timelines to support maintenance activities.
• Coordinate with Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, Procurement, and Contractors to ensure maintenance activities are executed safely, efficiently, and within schedule.
• Monitor maintenance progress and key performance indicators (KPIs) including equipment availability, outage duration, maintenance backlog, and schedule compliance.
• Review maintenance history, equipment performance, and reliability data to identify opportunities for maintenance optimization and equipment improvement.
• Lead outage planning activities, including work scope definition, scheduling, logistics planning, risk assessment, and readiness reviews.
• Support troubleshooting, root cause analysis (RCA), and implementation of corrective and preventive actions to improve equipment reliability.
• Manage maintenance documentation, work packages, reports, and lessons learned to ensure continuous improvement of maintenance processes.
• Coordinate and supervise contractors and service providers during maintenance and outage activities to ensure compliance with safety, quality, and technical requirements.
• Support budget planning, cost control, and resource optimization related to maintenance activities.
• Perform special assignments and other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 3 - 5 years of experience in maintenance planning, outage planning, maintenance engineering, or power plant maintenance.
• Experience in Combined Cycle Power Plant (CCPP), Gas Turbine, Steam Turbine, or Balance of Plant (BOP) maintenance will be an advantage.
• Knowledge of Gas Turbine systems, particularly GE LM6000, will be a strong advantage.
• Strong understanding of maintenance planning, work scheduling, reliability engineering, maintenance strategies, and asset management principles.
• Familiar with CMMS systems such as SAP PM, IBM Maximo, or equivalent maintenance management systems.
• Knowledge of power plant operations, maintenance management, safety requirements, and outage execution processes.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, project management, and coordination skills.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal (minimum TOEIC score of 750).
