Marketing
The Marketing Coordinator will support the day-to-day execution and operations of marketing campaigns, events, and internal projects. This role focuses on coordination, budget tracking, and documentation. It is ideal for a highly organized, detail-oriented individual who enjoys keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes. Primary location is Bangkok (near BTS Ari), but available for Chiang Mai Office as well. (WFH is applied)

• Coordinate marketing activities and assist in managing project timelines.
• Serve as the point of contact between the marketing team and other departments in any assigned projects and campaigns. (e.g., Finance, Procurement, IT)
• Track and manage marketing expenses, budget usage, and invoice documentation.
• Prepare internal forms (PR/PO) and ensure approval workflows are completed on time.
• Maintain an organized filing system for contracts, campaign materials, and spending reports.
• Coordinate with external vendors and agencies for campaign and event execution.

Requirement:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Public Relations or relevant fields.
• 1–3 years of experience in a marketing, coordination, or administrative support role.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office especially Excel and experience working with budgets or financial documents.
• Excellent attention to detail and process orientation.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines with accuracy.
• Good communication skills in both Thai and English. (equivalent TOEIC 550)
