Role Overview

Fastwork is looking for a Product Manager who thrives in fast‑moving, high‑ambiguity environments and knows how to create clarity, momentum, and alignment across teams. You’ll own a product domain end‑to‑end — from discovery to delivery to outcomes — and work closely with Engineering, Product Design, Product Marketing, and Business teams to ship meaningful improvements quickly. Responsibilities

Product Ownership & Execution

• Own a product domain end‑to‑end: discovery, prioritization, execution, and measurable outcomes.
• Turn ambiguity into clarity — break down messy problems into sharp, actionable plans.
• Drive fast, iterative delivery while maintaining quality and alignment.
• Provide Engineering with crisp, complete, execution‑ready product inputs.

Cross‑Functional Influence

• Collaborate deeply with Engineering, Product Design, Product Marketing, and Business teams.
• Build strong relationships and influence decisions across teams without relying on authority.
• Communicate product direction clearly and consistently so everyone understands the “why” behind decisions.
• Bring structure to chaos — simplify complexity, reduce noise, and keep teams focused on what matters.

User & Business Impact

• Identify opportunities through user insights, data, and business context.
• Prioritize ruthlessly based on impact, effort, and strategic alignment.
• Run experiments, validate assumptions quickly, and scale what works.

Product Craft & Quality

• Champion product quality beyond functionality — ensuring the experience feels intuitive, polished, and trustworthy.
• Collaborate closely with Design to elevate UX and UI standards.

Team & Culture Contribution

• Raise the bar for product thinking and execution through influence, clarity, and example.
• Help strengthen product processes as we scale, without adding unnecessary bureaucracy.
