Responsibilities

1. Promote Compliance culture and practices in MSIG Thailand.

   • Provide compliance training, sharing session and activity relating to local laws, regulations and MSIG policies and procedures.
   • Assist in monitoring the companywide compliance issues.

2. Monitor overall compliance with applicable laws, rules, regulations as well as MSIG group policies.

   • Review applicable laws, regulations, MSIG policies and summarize the change and the impact and communicate to related parties.
   • Provide advice and consultancy on issues arising

3. Develop and enhance Compliance program

   • Manage Anti-Money Laundering and Counter Terrorism Financing (AML-CTF) activities as assigned
   • Assist in developing and enhancing compliance program as assigned

4. Prepare Compliance report and follow up on findings.

   • Collate and verify completeness and accuracy of the compliance report submit to MSIG RHC/MSIJ
   • Follow up on findings to ensure that the remedial action has been taken

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Law or related fields
• At least 3 years in In-house lawyer / Attorney-at-law
• Able to communicate in English at intermediate level
• Good skills in MS Word, Excel, Power Point
