The Finance Management Trainee program is a 2-year program designed for developing professional finance and accounting talents as well as grooming future leaders.

The program offered coaching and mentoring by managements under SCB Finance Group and other SCB business units, which will be divided into four job rotations.

Upon the program completion, the FMT will get to choose their own career path within SCB Group.

• Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Finance (and Banking), Accounting, Strategics and Financial Economics
