Accountabilities :

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective core banking solutions.

• Work closely with business teams, developers, vendors, and stakeholders to deliver system enhancements.

• Analyze banking processes, system flows, interfaces, and data to identify improvements.

• Support system integration, testing, troubleshooting, and production issues.

• Contribute to projects involving core banking, payments, accounts, loans, deposits, and banking operations.

• Ensure solutions are scalable, reliable, secure, and aligned with banking requirements.

• Turn complex banking challenges into simple, practical technology solutions.

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into core banking system capabilities and solutions.

• Assess whether existing core banking functionality can support new products, processes, regulations, and business requirements.

• Perform system simulations in UAT environments to validate end-to-end business scenarios and determine whether the core banking system can support the required functionality.

• Identify system gaps, limitations, configuration constraints, and potential workarounds through hands-on analysis and simulation.

• Design and execute UAT test scenarios and business simulations covering different banking products and customer journeys.

• Work with business and technical teams to evaluate "Can the system do it?" before moving into development or implementation.

• Troubleshooting: Ability to trace a transaction across systems, identify where an issue occurs, and determine whether it is a configuration issue, system limitation, integration issue, or actual system gap

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, Management Information System, Information Technology or related field.

• 3–5 years of experience in Banking and Financial Services, preferably in Core Banking, Banking System Analysis, Business Analysis, or related functions.
• Experience in Deposit products, such as Savings Account, Fixed Deposit Account, and Current Account, is preferred.
• Experience in system analysis, UAT, system integration, troubleshooting, and banking process analysis is an advantage.

• Knowledge & Technical Skills

• Good understanding of Core Banking systems, banking processes, and system flows.

• Knowledge of banking products, particularly Deposit products.

• Experience in analyzing business requirements and translating them into system capabilities and solutions.

• Experience in UAT, system simulation, test scenario design, and troubleshooting.

• Ability to analyze system gaps, limitations, configuration issues, and integration issues.

• Basic knowledge of SQL, database, system interfaces, and API is preferred.

• Certifications / Language Skills

• Relevant certifications in Business Analysis, Banking, IT, or related fields are preferred.

• Good command of English in both speaking and writing.

• Soft Skills

• Fast learner with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with business and technical teams.

• Good stakeholder management and ability to work collaboratively across teams.
