In this role, you'll lead key initiatives that ensure data is managed securely, accurately, and effectively across the business â supporting smarter decision-making, compliance, and operational excellence.
ðž Job Responsibilities
Develop and enhance governance frameworks:
Lead the creation and review of Data Governance policies, standards, guidelines, and processes.
Be the trusted advisor:
Provide guidance on data usage to ensure alignment with governance, compliance, and best-practice requirements.
Partner with business units:
Coordinate with stakeholders across the organization to support proper and responsible data usage.
Align governance across entities:
Review related policies and standards from other units to ensure consistency and alignment.
Strengthen data quality:
Develop and maintain Data Quality Management practices to improve accuracy, reliability, and integrity of data.
ðĪ Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in
Computer Science, Business, Finance
, or a related field
5+ years
of experience in Data Governance, Compliance, or IT-related roles
Experience in
Business/System Analysis or Data Compliance
is a plus
Relevant training or certifications in IT/Data Governance are an advantage
Strong documentation, reporting, and analytical skills
Good interpersonal, collaboration, and communication abilities
Able to build strong working relationships and communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical teams
