• Manage and control reconciliation process
• Monitor payment processing
• Monitor monthly fee income&WHT processing accuracy
• Manage and control all RIOC operations process and work to ensure the processes are always accurate, timely deliver to serve customers.
• Manage and review of account reconciliations under GL accounts related to RIOC.
• Oversee and review of RIOC budget, work to ensure the actual expenses should not over the approval budget.
• Ensure RIOC tasks comply with policy, compliance and regulator rules.
• Identify areas for improvement within the department processes.
• Provide reporting of departmental metrics.
• Supervision of RIOC staff include hiring, coaching, training, development, establishing goals and setting team schedule.
• Support staff to get more efficiency and productivity by embed staff meeting, training and coaching.
• Analytic of operations process, process improvement, driving for cost saving and ensure controls are in place

Qualification required

• Minimum 35 years old with 10 years’ experience in Financial, Business Banking or related fields will be an advantage
• Bachelor or Master’s degree in Business Banking, Accounting, Finance, Marketing or related fields

• Functional competencies : Internal Control, Service Balance Control / Cautious / Leadership and Motivation / Team Building/Management
• Good command of English (Speaking, Listening, Writing, and Reading)
