To ensure work process and procedures checking, verify and review the completeness and accuracy of data inputs for disbursement.
To participate in project endeavors undertaken by the department.
Notify customer of credit approval and coordinate with customer on date for execution of loan agreement, legal registration documents and fees collection.
To manage responsible to process cashier s order issuance for mortgage loan which received confirmation instruction to mortgage registration.
To prepare all loan and security agreement such as Loan Agreement, OD Agreement, Guarantee Agreement for PFS and Special Asset Management Customers are complied with Loan Documentation Instruction (LDI), CAS, Operational Risks Assessment, Service Level.
To prepare all legal & security agreement and documents in accordance with approved.
Bachelor Degree in Law/ Business Administration / Finance / Management or related filed.
Knowledge of mortgage loan and Loan Agreement and Securities Agreement.
Good interpersonal & communication skills and service mind.
Able to provide good operations and administrative support to Section Head.
