Job desctiption :

• Perform valuation of assets for new loans and revaluation in accordance with Bank's procedure and Regulartory Policies and guideline
• Perform block appraisal of residential projects
• Perform construction cost estimate and progressive construction inspection
• Perform on-site and desktop revaluation of assets, such as collaterals, bank assets, properties foreclosed, etc
• Responsible assets types are immovable assets which are residential and non-residential, and movable assets which are machinery and vessel
• Supervise the center office at HO and other 4 upcountry appraisal offices in Chiangmai, Khonkaen, Phuket, Hadyai
• Manage outsourcing and monitor performance of valuation companies
• Perform special projects as being assigned

Requirements

• Minimum 6-10 years experiences with financial institutions or valuation companies in area of property valuation or relevant experiences.
• Bachelor or Master Degree in Property Valuation/ Real Estate Management/ Civil Engineering/ Construction Management/ Law or related areas.
• Possess initiative, managerial skill and strategic planning
• Ability to work independently and as a team
• Knowledge on the Bank of Thailand’s regulations and other relevant laws/ regulations in which involved in property valuation
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Computer literacy with analytical and logical thinking
• Presentation skill and English communication preferable
