หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ:

1. กำหนดกลยุทธ์การพัฒนา และออกแบบกระบวนการ (Process Design)รวมถึงบริหารโครงการต่าง ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย (Project Management) ดังต่อไปนี้

- กระบวนการที่เกี่ยวกับสินเชื่อรายย่อย และ Digital Lending
- กระบวนการอื่น ๆ ของธุรกิจ Retail Banking ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
- โครงการ National Digital ID
- โครงการที่เกี่ยวข้องกับ e-KYC
- โครงการอื่น ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมายตามยุทธศาสตร์บริษัท

2. กำหนดกลยุทธ์และแผนงานในการบริหารจัดการข้อมูลของระบบงานหรือโครงการที่ได้รับมอบหมาย เพื่อสนับสนุนการทำงานของหน่วยงานต่าง ๆ

3. ออกแบบกระบวนการต่าง ๆ ในการย้ายธุรกิจไปยัง Digital Platform (Process Design for Digital Migration)

4. ให้ Solution หรือให้คำปรึกษาในการปรับปรุงกระบวนการและการพัฒนาระบบงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง ภายใต้ขอบเขต กฎเกณฑ์ กฎหมาย และ Best Practice

5. ดูแล ควบคุม และออกแบบ End-to-End User Journey และ User Experience ให้มีความเป็นหนึ่งเดียวกันทั้งระดับ Application เดียวกัน และระดับ Channel ต่าง ๆ

6.ปฏิบัติหน้าที่อื่นใดตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
