Job Purpose / วัตถุประสงค์หลักของตำแหน่งงาน

· Responsible for aligning business goals with technical solutions.

· Manage the design, development and implementation of system solutions that improve operational efficiency and support business growth.

Major Accountabilities / หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบหลัก

· Design and develop comprehensive IT architecture models, including networks, hardware, and software, ensuring systems are scalable, secure, and efficient.

· Analyze and document software requirements, specifications, and user needs.

· Particiate in designing software systems and create detailed design specifications.

· Work with software developers, business team, and other related parties to ensure project goals are met.

· Create and maintain user manuals, guides, and other technical documentation.

· Identify and resolve complex issues related to business requirements and software objectives.

· Analyze, design, and recommend modifications and changes to existing systems to enhance performance.

· Evaluate emerging software technologies and recommend solution or enhancements for existing systems or new requirements.

· Support both mobile and system security regular review and cooperate with related parties for security patching including database software upgrade to meet corporate security standard.

Job Qualification / คุณสมบัติของผู้ดำรงตำแหน่ง

• Bachelor's degree or higher Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 3 years in system analysis and design
• Knowledge of IT infrastructure, cloud technologies, and system integration.
• Strong technical expertise in networking, storage, and databases.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Proficiency with specific tools and programming languages may be required (e.g., Java, JSON, SQL).
• Familiarity with software development methodologies like Agile.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Good English communication.
