• Preventive (advisory, training, communication, policy/procedure review) and monitoring (compliance testing) responsibilities on:
• Personal Data Protection activities (PDPA)
• Complaint case through regulators
• Non-compliance issue reporting, including root cause identification and preventive measure participation, to the Compliance Committee and the Risk and Compliance Committee
• Participate in Personal Data Protection Working Group activities
• Compliance Risk Assessment
• Organize and Co-ordinate with Compliance Champion and Representative to enhance compliance activities
• Assist in Compliance on-site/off-site monitoring program

• Perform other related duties as required
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Law or any related field

0-2 years in Banking industry with Compliance and/or Law experiences

• Good knowledge/understanding in laws & regulations related to PDPA
• Ability to apply relevant laws and regulations knowledge to build awareness to employees
• Good command of English
