Job Purpose

· Responsible for business process analysis, design, and optimization to enable routine delivery of exceptional performance and positive business results through improving reliability, increasing simplicity, improving service level and enable growth.

· Ensure feasibility, viability, completeness, effectiveness, and sustainability for the implementation of proposed appropriate resolution

· Swiftly understand business perspectives, user requirements and key performance output variables associated with the assigned projects.

· Determine key process input variables, conduct statistical data analysis, identify opportunities for improvement, and proposed elegant resolutions.

· Create and document business requirements, test procedures and test scenarios for user acceptance test

· Work with process owners and stakeholders to identify risks and control from the process redesign/ defined improvement solution

· Transform traditional business process through the concept of digitization and/or process automation where appropriate.

· Apply business process improvement methodologies; e.g., Lean Six Sigma per the problem statement characteristics.

· Apply appropriate various process improvement tools including Workflow, Robotic Process Automation (RPA) to meet end-to-end requirements

· Explore and identify new innovative technology or solution for process reengineering/ digitization/ automation or able to come up with a revolutionize idea

· Implement processes initiatives to enhance cross-enterprise integration

· Work in a project based organization where process expertise and project management skills will be heavily utilized

· Manage stakeholders, develops and delivers effective presentations

Major Accountabilities

Planning:

· Cooperate closely with users/Process Consultants and perform business requirement analysis, then contribute technical assessment to identify functional & non-functional requirements.

· Plan, estimate and manage implementation timelines.

· Contribute all aspects of the software development lifecycle.

Managerial & Developing:

· Design and develop software features and manage complex issues.

· Develop strong software development principles and best practices.

· Review and ensure quality of source code.

· Review and manage detailed work plans.

· Understand teammates’ natural behaviors and skills and be able to manage resource efficiently.

· Manage and coordinate to deliver high quality projects.

Consultancy:

· Provide recommendations for implementation options and system design.

· Provide technical consulting to the team.

· Consult with users to identify system purpose and output needs.

People Management:

· Motivate and lead the software development team to adopt and advocate for best practices, reusable functions, and module design.
