Lab Analysis – Physical

- Being accountable and responsible for safety
- CBUs: Being accountable and responsible for overall WISE (Working In Safe Environmental), RiGHT Way, FoQual (Focus on Quality), 1000 days and Nature as part of way of working for Dumex employee.
- Responsible for physical testing (both release and monitoring parameter) and released products within the criteria time line also comply with specification
- Support the physical testing for customer complaint sample and other request from another department, e.g. R&D sample
- Support for organoleptic testing; manage routine sensory testing, panelist screening test and sensory evaluation testing
- Responsible for physical testing to correct data for the new method of physical powder properties
- Coordinate with other Lab Analyst team to maintain the systems (e.g. ISO/IEC 17025, Good laboratory practices and proficiency test etc.)
- Bachelor's degree in Science, Food Science or related fields
- Minimum 1-3 years experience in Laboratory or Quality Assurance in food industry
- Laboratory quality system (ISO/IEC 17025, ISO 9001)
- Good analytical skills, troubleshooting and decision making
- Good command of English
- Computer literacy
- Able to work in Muang Mhai Bangplee Industrial Estate, Samutprakarn
