YOUR MISSION

Your goal is to delight our customers by offering desirable and sustainable solutions. You will be the face of Decathlon, ensuring every sportsperson finds exactly what they need through an effortless omnichannel experience.

1. Lead the Sales Experience (Customer Delight)

• Solutions, Not Just Products: Offer new, durable, and "Second Life" products, as well as services like rentals, subscriptions, and coaching.

• Omnichannel Expert: Sell seamlessly across all platforms—in-store, digital, and social media.

• Build Loyalty: Use services like the Decat Club, testing zones, and personalized repair services to keep customers coming back.

• Smart Payments: Guide new customers through a smooth checkout experience (Traditional, QCO, or Mobile).

2. Create an Experiential Playground (Layout & Safety)

• Customer-Friendly Layouts: Design store spaces that make it easy for customers to make the "Best Choice" quickly.

• Product Availability: Ensure the right gear is ready for your customers, whether on the shelf or available for online order.

• Sustainability in Action: Take charge of waste management and eco-design initiatives to reduce our environmental footprint.

• Safety First: Guarantee the safety of our customers, their data, and our products within your territory.

บทบาทหน้าที่ของคุณ (Your Mission)

เป้าหมายหลักของคุณคือการ "ส่งต่อความสุขและทางเลือกที่ดีที่สุดให้กับคนรักกีฬา" ผ่านช่องทางที่หลากหลาย (Omnichannel) โดยเน้นความยั่งยืนและความพึงพอใจของลูกค้าเป็นหัวใจสำคัญ

1. มอบประสบการณ์ที่ดีที่สุดให้กับลูกค้า (Customer Delight)

• แนะนำโซลูชันที่ตอบโจทย์: นำเสนอสินค้าและบริการที่ตรงใจลูกค้า ไม่ว่าจะเป็นสินค้าใหม่, สินค้ามือสอง (Second Life), หรือบริการเช่าชุดกีฬา

• ดูแลลูกค้าได้ทุกที่: ขายและให้บริการทั้งที่หน้าร้านและผ่านช่องทางออนไลน์ (Digital & Social Media)

• บริการที่มากกว่าการขาย: แนะนำสิทธิพิเศษ Decat Club, บริการซ่อมเบื้องต้นเพื่อยืดอายุการใช้งานสินค้า (Sustainability) และทางเลือกการชำระเงินที่สะดวกสบาย

• จัดหน้าร้านให้ "น่าช้อป": ดูแลพื้นที่ให้สะอาด ปลอดภัย และช่วยให้ลูกค้าตัดสินใจเลือกสินค้าได้ง่าย (Self-Informed Best Choice)

• บริหารสต็อกให้เป๊ะ: มั่นใจว่าลูกค้าจะได้สินค้าที่ต้องการเสมอ ทั้งในร้านและบนออนไลน์
