• วุฒิการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป ด้านบริหารธุรกิจ การบัญชี การเงิน เศรษฐศาสตร์ การตลาด หรือสาขาวิชาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• มีความรู้ด้านการบริหารความเสี่ยงโดยรวม การบริหารความเสี่ยงด้านปฏิบัติการการคำนวณเงินกองทุนรองรับความเสี่ยงด้านปฏิบัติการ
• มีทักษะในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล
• วิเคราะห์และรายงานความเสียหายด้านปฏิบัติการ รวมทั้งติดตามมาตรการควบคุมป้องกันความเสี่ยงด้านปฏิบัติการของธนาคาร.
