About the role - you will:

• Lead on customer issues, conduct meetings with internal and external teams to identify issues, conduct analysis to determine root cause, drives corrective action process and obtain corrective action via engineering or factory personnel
• Proactively customer yellow zone alert/Quality Issue (R.E.D - Root Cause, Escape, Detection) to improve customer integration and field performance
• Conduct First Article Inspection and customer quality report
• Ensure Customer Audit/Visit successful
• Handle new products qualification/launch with customers successful and meet with customer expectation

About you:

• Logical thinking, Problem Analysis and Solving
• Capable of communicating in a complex situation with the cross-functional teams
• Able to prioritize multiple tasking, manage conflict, deadlines, and work effectively in a dynamic environment
• Able to effectively plan, control and take responsibility for timeline and status update
• Data analytic and able to interpret data sets in order to answer a question or solve a problem
• Good command in English both speaking and writing
• Good teamwork, leadership, organization, and presentation skills

Our Korat facility is our largest manufacturing site worldwide, with almost 20,000 employees. Here, our team produces cloud-based storage equipment, from individual storage components to finish drives.
