Showroom Sales Manager
āļāļĩāđāļāļāļīāļāļāļĢāđ āļĨāļīāļāļ§āļīāđāļResponsible for delivering sales targets for the given brands/divisions and overall company sales target, showroom management including setting up and maintain showroom display, ensuring customers and designers receive good sales experience from walk in to after-sales service, product selection and controlling stock and supplier management
- Responsible for delivering department's sales volume and GP according to targets.
- In liaison with Brand Managers of other divisions to ensure company targets can be achieved.
- Monitor to ensure that showroom meets company guidelines; i.e. in opening and closing, making sure customers receive good experience, etc.
- Responsible for maintaining and developing good relationship with design firms and developers and regularly visit them to generate leads.
- Responsible for ensuring material selection & mood board presentation are properly done.
- Monitor to ensure that customer's request and complaint, as well as solving day to day operation.
- Monitor to ensure that showroom display is nicely set up to create excitement to customers.
- Monitor to ensure that showroom standard are met and maintained, i.e. visuals, cleanliness, and signage safety etc.
- Responsible for updating management on market situation, competitor moving and other sales opportunities.
- Responsible for delivering ad-hoc assignments given by Management on time.
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum 7 years of working experience in high-end furniture or luxury brand management
- Excellent in English communication.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work with senior managements
- Passionate, enthusiastic and service minded
- Able to work on Saturday and Sunday
