Workplace Area: BTS Surasak Working Hour: 8:30 – 17:00 (Mon - Fri) * work on Saturday 2 times/ month

• Provide necessary document for exportation
• Communicate with client and ensure release of the freight from ocean carrier.
• Serve as a liaison between Document Processing and customer regarding all shipment details
• Answer all customer inquiries in accordance with the Customer Service Policy standards
• Solve problem for customer when they have problem about sea freight export or some documentation
• Other tasks as assigned

• Experience in logistics company
• Great command of computer program related logistic industry is a plus
• Able to work overtime for 2-3 hours everyday
• Experience in freight forwarder, logistics industry
• English: Advance Conversational level
