Site Development Supervisor

, you will lead land acquisition activities, manage stakeholder relationships, oversee field operations, and supervise a Site Development team to ensure projects progress according to schedule.

Job Description

Lead and monitor land acquisition activities for renewable energy projects.

Coordinate negotiations with landowners regarding land lease, purchase, and land-use agreements.

Build and maintain strong relationships with local communities, government agencies, and key stakeholders.

Support community engagement activities and help resolve local issues and concerns.

Oversee Right-of-Way (ROW) activities for transmission lines, access roads, and project infrastructure.

Conduct site visits and coordinate field operations to ensure project readiness.

Work closely with Project Development, GIS, Legal, Engineering, and other cross-functional teams.

Monitor project progress, identify risks, and prepare regular status reports.

Supervise, coach, and support Site Development Officers to achieve project objectives.

Perform other assignments related to project development and organizational initiatives.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher in Land Management, Political Science, Business Administration, Engineering, Geography, Agriculture, or a related field.

3–7 years

of experience in

Site Development, Land Acquisition, Community Relations, Stakeholder Management, or Field Coordination

Experience supervising field teams or leading project activities is an advantage.

Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.

Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Willing to travel and work extensively in upcountry project sites.

Experience in renewable energy, infrastructure, utilities, or large-scale development projects is highly preferred.
