หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ (Responsibilities):

• งานควบคุมและกำกับการก่อสร้างและติดตั้งระบบที่ไซต์งาน

ลงพื้นที่ไซต์งานเพื่อควบคุม กำกับ และตรวจสอบงานก่อสร้างโครงสร้างและงานติดตั้งระบบไฟฟ้าของผู้รับเหมาให้เป็นไปตามแบบและมาตรฐานที่กำหนด

ตรวจสอบความคืบหน้างาน (Progress) เทียบกับแผนงาน (Schedule) และรายงานปัญหา/ความล่าช้าต่อผู้บังคับบัญชา

ตรวจสอบคุณภาพงานก่อสร้าง งานติดตั้ง วัสดุอุปกรณ์ และการปฏิบัติตามมาตรฐานความปลอดภัยในการทำงาน (Safety)

ประสานงานกับผู้รับเหมา ทีมออกแบบ และลูกค้า เพื่อแก้ไขปัญหาหน้างาน รวมถึงข้อขัดแย้งของแบบโครงสร้างและแบบระบบไฟฟ้า

จัดทำรายงานประจำวัน/สัปดาห์ (Site Report, Progress Report) พร้อมภาพถ่ายหน้างาน

ตรวจรับงาน (Inspection) และจัดทำเอกสารตรวจรับ/ใบเบิกงวดงานร่วมกับผู้รับเหมา

• งานถอดแบบ ตรวจแบบ และจัดทำแบบ (Structural & Electrical)

ถอดแบบและประมาณปริมาณงาน (BOQ) จากแบบก่อสร้างงานโครงสร้างและงานระบบไฟฟ้า

ตรวจสอบความถูกต้องและความสอดคล้องของแบบ (Drawing Review) ก่อนนำไปใช้งานจริง

จัดทำแบบ Shop Drawing และแบบ As-Built Drawing สำหรับงานโครงสร้างและงานระบบไฟฟ้าด้วยโปรแกรม AutoCAD

ปรับปรุงแก้ไขแบบตามการเปลี่ยนแปลงหน้างาน (Revision/Variation) และประสานงานกับทีมออกแบบ

จัดเก็บและควบคุมเอกสารแบบให้เป็นปัจจุบันและเป็นระบบ

• งานด้านวิศวกรรม (Engineering & Technical Support)

ตรวจสอบและให้คำปรึกษาด้านเทคนิคงานโครงสร้าง (Civil/Structural) และงานระบบไฟฟ้าภายในอาคาร/โครงการ ให้เป็นไปตามมาตรฐานวิศวกรรม (เช่น วสท.) แก่ทีมงานและผู้รับเหมา

ประสานงานกับวิศวกรผู้ออกแบบและผู้เชี่ยวชาญเฉพาะทาง (โครงสร้าง/ไฟฟ้า) กรณีพบปัญหาทางเทคนิค

ตรวจสอบความมั่นคงแข็งแรงของงานโครงสร้าง และสนับสนุนงานทดสอบ/ตรวจรับระบบไฟฟ้าก่อนการส่งมอบงาน

• งานสนับสนุนโครงการอื่นๆ

จัดทำและติดตามเอกสารบริหารโครงการ เช่น RFI, Submittal, Punch List

ควบคุมต้นทุนและปริมาณงานให้อยู่ในงบประมาณที่กำหนด

ประสานงานระหว่างทีมงานโครงสร้างและทีมงานไฟฟ้าเพื่อป้องกันข้อขัดแย้งระหว่างงานโครงสร้างและงานระบบ (Interference/Clash Check)

ปฏิบัติงานอื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้บังคับบัญชา

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร (Qualifications):

วุฒิการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป สาขาวิศวกรรมโยธา วิศวกรรมไฟฟ้า หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง

มีประสบการณ์ทำงานอย่างน้อย 2 ปี ในงานควบคุมไซต์งานก่อสร้าง วิศวกรโครงการ หรือควบคุมการติดตั้งระบบ

มีความรู้หรือประสบการณ์เกี่ยวกับงานโครงสร้าง งานติดตั้งระบบไฟฟ้า หรือการบริหารจัดการงานระบบภายในอาคาร

หากมีใบประกอบวิชาชีพวิศวกรรมควบคุม (ใบ กว. สาขาโยธา หรือไฟฟ้า) จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ

สามารถใช้งานโปรแกรม AutoCAD ในการตรวจสอบ แก้ไข และจัดทำแบบ Shop Drawing / As-Built Drawing ได้

มีทักษะในการแก้ปัญหาเฉพาะหน้า การวางแผนงาน การสื่อสาร และมนุษยสัมพันธ์ที่ดีเยี่ยม

มีความสามารถในการประสานงานหลายฝ่าย (ผู้รับเหมา ทีมออกแบบ ลูกค้า) และทำงานภายใต้สภาวะกดดันได้ดี

สามารถสื่อสารภาษาไทยและภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี (ฟัง พูด อ่าน เขียน)

Responsibilities:

• Site Supervision & Systems Installation Management

Inspect site operations to supervise, control, and ensure that structural construction and electrical installation works by contractors comply with approved drawings and specified engineering standards.

Track site progress against the master schedule and report issues, delays, or variances to supervisors.

Audit the quality of construction, equipment/materials installation, and ensure strict compliance with site safety standards.

Coordinate with contractors, design teams, and clients to resolve site issues and address drawing conflicts between structural and electrical systems.

Prepare daily and weekly reports (Site Reports, Progress Reports) accompanied by site progress photos.

Conduct work inspections and prepare inspection sign-off documents/payment approval certificates in coordination with contractors.

• Estimation, Drawing Review & Drafting (Structural & Electrical)

Perform quantity take-offs and prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ) from structural and electrical construction drawings.

Conduct thorough drawing reviews to verify accuracy and alignment before actual site execution.

Produce Shop Drawings and As-Built Drawings for structural and electrical systems using AutoCAD.

Update and revise drawings based on site variations/changes (Revision/Variation) in coordination with the design team.

Maintain, organize, and control drawing documentation to ensure all files are up to date.

• Engineering & Technical Support

Inspect and provide technical advice on structural (Civil/Structural) and building electrical systems in accordance with engineering standards (e.g., EIT standards) for internal teams and contractors.

Liaise with design engineers and domain specialists (Structural/Electrical) when complex technical issues arise.

Verify the structural integrity and stability of construction works, and support testing and commissioning of electrical systems prior to project handover.

• Project Support & Administrative Duties

Prepare and track key project management documents, including Requests for Information (RFI), Submittals, and Punch Lists.

Monitor costs and work quantities to keep project expenditures within the approved budget.

Coordinate between structural and electrical teams to resolve multidisciplinary spatial conflicts (Interference/Clash Check).

Perform other related duties as assigned by supervisors.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or higher in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in site engineering, construction supervision, or project engineering.

Background knowledge or experience in structural construction, electrical systems installation, or building systems integration.

Holding a professional engineering license (Associate Engineer License / ใบ กว. in Civil or Electrical) is a strong plus.

Proficiency in AutoCAD for reading, reviewing, and modifying Shop Drawings and As-Built Drawings.

Excellent problem-solving, planning, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to multitask, coordinate with multiple stakeholders (contractors, design team, clients), and work effectively under pressure.

Good command of Thai and English (Speaking, Listening, Reading, and Writing)
