Responsibility 

• Define and develop user research plan using a variety of research methods framework within budget, timeline, and business requirements from clients from the stakeholder interview session as a proposal. 
• Define personas and create customer journey maps and use-case documents to business stakeholders to collide an aspect of business stakeholders. 
• Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function as well as for validation the ideas and usability issues 
• Develop UX flow and UI for development team to develop the solution 
• Conduct adjustments based on user feedback 
• Adhere to design systems 

Qualifications 

• Bachelor degrees or higher 
• 2 year+ in relevant experiences 
• Flexible / adaptive /leadership and problem solving 
• Take ownership to the task at hand, can work independently with high responsibility to deliver the best output 
• Highly proficient with creative tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Adobe AE, Photoshop, Illustrator) 
• Excellent written communication skills (Thai and English) 
• Team spirit; strong communication skills and good command of English
