Responsibilities

  • Responds to customer technical problems/issues related to our platform via e-mail/chat, online, social media and phone.
  • Assists customers by diagnosing problems and providing resolutions for technical service.
  • Documents problems in the support solution database for diagnostics and solution implementation.
  • Advises/educates customers within procedural guidelines to ensure a complete solution to their technical or service questions.
  • May be involved in revenue generation activities with current client customers.
  • Work with HQ IT team

Qualifications

  • Front end skills (html, css, javascript to do landing page or quick editing any front end bug)
  • Photoshop and AI skills (to edit image for marketing materials and also landing page)
  • Prefer to have Facebook ad, Google AdWords, email marketing skills (If not, willingness to learn these skills)
  • Need to be able to communicate in English
  • Be able to read and study English documents.
  • Good sense of teamwork and high responsibility.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, self-disciplined.
  • Able to work both independently and as part of a team
