Location: Bangkok-Chaengwattana Head Office


Responsibilities

  • This role is responsible for applying the technology to improve team or bank-wide productivity. They will analyze the repetitive incident or historical information related to endpoint incident and services request, then they will apply technology to reduce incident or improve efficiency to endpoint services e.g. write the automated script or apply any end user computing tool. They also engage business user to get the requirement and come up with the best solution.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Business administration, Management of Technology, Statistics, Engineering or related fields
  • 5-7 years of experience in Banking, Finance, Quantitative analysis or related fields
  • Proposal development
  • Good communication both Thai and English
  • Systematic and analytic thinking
  • Able to work with high pressure and rush timeline
  • Good interpersonal and leadership skills
  • A team player
  • Self driven but highly collaborative
