  • Responsible for overall management of assigned consumer segment, ranging from identifying customers' needs and values to the Bank, developing strategies and process to sell and serve in appropriate forms and channels
  • Monitor and analyze sales and services in assigned consumer segment, as well as profitability, revenues, and expenses, in comparison to targets and competitors
  • Coordinate with relevant parties such as Product Managers and Channel Managers in offering and development of products and services that serve customers’ needs and create value to the Bank
  • Provide and develop sale and service tool/ system for sale and service workforce in order to provide an access to reliable and meaningful customer information during sale and service
  • Ensure that operations proceed as planned and are complied with standard/ procedure guidelines
  • Coach and support subordinates in developing their competencies, as well as motivate them
  • Coordinate with both internal and external departments to ensure achievement of the Bank
  • Perform other tasks not mentioned above, as assigned by the supervisor


  • Master’s degree in commerce, business administration or related fields
  • At least 2 - 5 years (junior level) and 5-7 years (senior level) of direct work experience in banking, FMCG, consulting or other related industry prefer cross selling and campange development + planing
  • Strong in customer centric strategic planning
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Highly energetic and can do attitude
  • Initiative person
