ITSM Compliance & Control Officer
ที่ธนาคารไอซีบีซี (ไทย) จำกัด (มหาชน)- Keep IT process and procedure up to date
- Adopts and adapts process, procedure and information security policyfrom ICBC Head Office
- Process regularly monitoring and reviewing to ensure all related persons comply with process defined
- Monitor and perform regular housekeeping by quarter
- Tracking/ record all actions / keep update/ status for security compliance reports
- Support/ develop and review security policies/ standards and procedures for incident. Change /SLA/ User ID management
- Support to ITSM Leader for monitoring regular change control measurements
- Coordinated with IT Services (including internal / 3rd parties vendors and outsourcing vendor) to be comply with corresponding SLA
- Support and escalate the case to supervisor when the case is going to miss SLA or has a risk to miss SLA to ITSM Leader
- Participant and support internal and external audit in part of IT service and security management
- Participating and supports to team for TISM process and security best practice of IT process and service
- Support and collaborate with internal and external audits
- Bachelor degree of Computer Engineering / Business Computer/ IT or in related field
- At least 3 years of experiences in ITSM field
- Good at computer skills with basic knowledge of operating systems of windows/ networks and security
- Able to work under pressure with time constrain
- English speaking is a must and Chinese language speaking is preferable
