We are looking for a product manager who can manage the entire product life cycle from providing input to strategic planning to executing tactical activities. You will be responsible for building new products and features from existing ideas, and help to develop new ideas based on hands-on and research-based studies of our users and industry.

You will also be responsible for prioritizing engineering enhancement works on existing products and features. You will coordinate and guide the Kaidee Engineering team in keeping track of and prioritizing various tasks ranging from requirement gathering, UX and UI design, analysing systems for integration, fixing bugs, analysing data to understand product performance, while keeping clearly in mind their impact to the user and to the business.

You must possess a unique blend of business and technical savvy; a big-picture vision, and the drive to make that vision a reality. You must be able to communicate with all areas of the company. You will work directly with engineers to define product release requirements. You will work with marketing to define the go-to-market strategy, helping them understand the product positioning, key benefits, and target customer. You will also serve as the internal and external evangelist for Kaidee.

• Specifying market requirements for current and future products by conducting market research supported by on-going immersion in users and non-users environments
• Driving a solution set across development teams (primarily Development/Engineering, and Marketing Communications) through market requirements, product contract, and positioning.
• Developing and implementing a company-wide go-to-market plan, working with all departments to execute.
• Analyzing potential partner relationships for the product.

• 7+ years of software marketing/product management experience
• Strong communication skills
• Strong facilitation and collaborative negotiation skills
• Passion for technology
• Experience with Agile methodology
• Computer Science or Engineering degree or work experience a strong plus
