- Issuance billing and receipt for customer.
- Contact customer in collection and pick up cheque.
- Prepare document and closing output VAT monthly.
- Filing accounting documents.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by Accounting Manager.
- Organizing and keep updating Quickbooks databases.
- Set permission, through collaboration with appropriate functional groups.
- Solve problem for user in initiating software activities.
- Prepare document and form which run to completely process.
- Verify promotion objectives in programs.
- Verify all data from user i.e. F&A, Marketing & Sales, Stock.
- Audit and witness with Stock Room.
- Others assignment required by Accounting Manager.
- Female / Male, Thai Nationality
- Bachelor's Degree Major in Accounting.
- 2 years experiences in accounting department.
- Good command in English both written and spoken skills.
- Good in computer literacy and accounting software.
- Self-motivated, initiative and result-oriented.
- Able to work well under pressure.
- Good attitude and team player.
- Freshly graduate are welcome.
