• Ensure Project performance objectives (Quality, Cost, Profitability, Delivery and Timing) in the management of Projects
• Identify risk, problem and prepare preventive solution
• Manage all project status reporting on scheduled cycles within set timelines
• Working co-ordinate with other supplier or vendors and Main contractor
• Manage working capital by ensuring that all invoices are submitted accurately and on time as well as ensuring cash collections/accounts receivables meet contractual terms in line with corporate target
• Control Environment monitor and report
• Prepare necessary report and present to management
• Workplace Area: ARL Hua Mak
• Working Hour: 8:15 – 17:15 (Mon-Fri)

• Thai nationality, Male only, age 30-35 years
• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Electronics or Mechanical, Civil Engineering
• At least 5 years of direct experience in Construction Industry/ Electrical, Electronics or Mechanical field
• Ability to learn and use facility management systems to provide quick response and risk guarantee management
• Well organized project management skill
• High Analytical skill
• Excellent Communication skill
• Excellent PC skills especially in Microsoft Office
• English: Advanced Conversational Level
