Logistics Executive
ที่อีมาส เอ็นเนอร์ยี่ เซอร์วิสเซส (ไทยแลนด์) จำกัด- Handle of exports & imports activitiies
- Translation of document
- Communicate & Coordinate with vendors or the 3rd parties
- Issue of Service Work Order (SWO) through online purchase requisition system
- Record of Data Base
- Handle of administrative functions & paperwork & filing
- Focus mainly on offshore projects & coordinate with others such as within logistics team and operations in Sattahip, Songkhla, etc.
- Any other duties as assigned by Supervisor or Manager.
- oThai Nationality
- oBachelor's Degree in logistics or related field
- oAt least a year experience working in logistics and supply chain related activities
- oPositive attitude, flexible and able to work under pressure
- oGood interpersonal, communication skills
- oAbility to work as a team
- oHaving experience in Oil and Gas Industry would be advantage
- oApplicant with supply chain and logistics knowledge and background is preferred
- oApplicant with offshore logistics is strongly preferred
- oGood command of written and spoken English.
- oAbility to travel domestic & overseas with transport & accommodation provided by company
- oAbility to work over the weekends occasionally and be on standby / on calls for local transportation & other urgent cases
- oComputer literacy and strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Email and other software packages related in logistics.
