- รับโจทย์งาน (Brief) จากทีมขายหรือจากลูกค้า พร้อมเข้าสำรวจพื้นที่จริงเพื่อเก็บข้อมูลสำหรับการออกแบบ.
- ออกแบบงานตกแต่งภายใน ตั้งแต่ Concept Design, Schematic Design ไปจนถึงแบบก่อสร้าง (Construction Drawing).
- จัดทำแบบนำเสนอ (Presentation) เพื่อสนับสนุนการขายและนำเสนอต่อลูกค้า.
- พัฒนาแบบ พร้อมกำหนดวัสดุ (Material Specification) รายการสินค้า ปริมาณงาน (BOQ) และรายละเอียดการก่อสร้าง.
- จัดทำ Shop Drawing และอธิบายแบบให้กับทีมงาน ผู้รับเหมา และผู้เกี่ยวข้อง.
- ประสานงานกับทีมขาย ทีมโครงการ ผู้รับเหมา และหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง เพื่อให้งานดำเนินไปตามแผน.
- เข้าตรวจสอบหน้างาน ติดตามความคืบหน้าการก่อสร้าง และควบคุมให้การติดตั้งเป็นไปตามแบบและมาตรฐานที่กำหนด.
- ประสานงานกับหน่วยงานภายในที่เกี่ยวกับรายละเอียดสินค้า.

- ประสานงานกับทีม Product Engineering เพื่อส่งมอบแบบผลิตภัณฑ์ที่พร้อมสำหรับการผลิต.
- ร่วมจัดทำ New Material List และดำเนินการ First Sample Approval.
- ทำงานร่วมกับฝ่ายวิศวกรรมและหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องในการพัฒนาสินค้าใหม่.
