• ควบคุม ดูแล และติดตามการปฏิบัติงานของผู้รับเหมาให้เป็นไปตามขอบเขตงาน (Scope of Work) ที่ได้รับมอบหมาย.
• วางแผนและจัดตารางการเข้าปฏิบัติงานของทีมงานและผู้รับเหมาให้สอดคล้องกับแผนงานและความต้องการของลูกค้า.
• ประสานงานกับลูกค้าเพื่อรับทราบรายละเอียดงาน นัดหมายวันเข้าปฏิบัติงาน และติดตามความคืบหน้าของโครงการ.
• พาผู้รับเหมาเข้าตรวจสอบหน้างาน (Site Survey) เพื่อรวบรวมข้อมูลสำหรับการประเมินราคาและวางแผนการดำเนินงาน.
• ตรวจสอบความพร้อมของวัสดุ อุปกรณ์ เครื่องมือ และกำลังคนก่อนเข้าปฏิบัติงาน.
• ควบคุมคุณภาพงานให้เป็นไปตามมาตรฐานบริษัทและข้อกำหนดของลูกค้า.
• แก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าที่เกิดขึ้นระหว่างการดำเนินงาน พร้อมหาแนวทางป้องกันไม่ให้เกิดซ้ำ.
• ควบคุมดูแลให้ผู้รับเหมาและทีมงานปฏิบัติตามกฎระเบียบด้านความปลอดภัย (Safety) และข้อกำหนดของสถานที่ปฏิบัติงาน.
• ตรวจรับงานและสรุปผลการดำเนินงาน พร้อมจัดทำรายงานความคืบหน้าและรายงานปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้น.
• ประสานงานกับฝ่ายจัดซื้อ ฝ่ายวิศวกรรม ฝ่ายขาย หรือหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง เพื่อสนับสนุนการดำเนินงานให้เป็นไปอย่างราบรื่น.
• ติดตามและประเมินผลการทำงานของผู้รับเหมา รวมถึงให้คำแนะนำเพื่อพัฒนาคุณภาพงาน.
• ดูแลเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้องกับงาน เช่น ใบอนุญาตเข้าทำงาน (Work Permit), รายงานหน้างาน, เอกสารส่งมอบงาน และเอกสารความปลอดภัย.
• วุฒิการศึกษาระดับ ปวส. ขึ้นไป สาขาช่างไฟฟ้า ช่างกล โยธา อุตสาหการ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง.
• มีประสบการณ์ควบคุมงานหน้างาน งานบริการ หรือบริหารผู้รับเหมาอย่างน้อย 2-5 ปี.
• สามารถอ่านแบบและเข้าใจรายละเอียดงานทางเทคนิคได้.
• มีทักษะการวางแผนงานและบริหารจัดการหน้างาน.
• มีทักษะการสื่อสารและการประสานงานที่ดี.
• สามารถแก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าและตัดสินใจได้อย่างเหมาะสม.
• สามารถเดินทางไปปฏิบัติงานต่างจังหวัดหรือทำงานนอกเวลางานได้ (หากจำเป็น).
• มีใบขับขี่รถยนต์และสามารถขับรถได้.
