Job Descriptions:
- Defect & Yield Control: Monitor process yield rates, control scrap/rejects, and plan resources (manpower, equipment, accessories) for smooth operations.
- Root Cause Analysis: Analyze in-process product quality issues to identify root causes and implement effective corrective actions.
- Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous process improvement (Kaizen) and closely monitor critical problem areas.
- Data & Standards: Summarize quality data, provide feedback reports, and maintain compliance with standard ISO systems.
- Team Development: Supervise process manpower and conduct training to upgrade team members' skills.
