- Lead the team's top-down investment process, including global and regional macroeconomic analysis, country allocation, sector rotation, and thematic identification.
- Construct and manage private fund portfolios using a disciplined investment framework that integrates top-down macro views with bottom-up stock selection.
- Define and maintain investment mandates, risk parameters, and portfolio construction guidelines in collaboration with the Risk Management team.
- Monitor macroeconomic developments, central bank policies, geopolitical risks, and other market factors, and translate these insights into actionable portfolio positioning and investment decisions.
- Vietnam Equity Portfolio Management.
- Manage and oversee equity portfolios with exposure to the Vietnamese market, including stock selection, position sizing, portfolio construction, and risk management.
- Maintain an active coverage universe of Vietnamese-listed companies across key sectors.
- Conduct in-depth fundamental analysis of Vietnamese and regional equities to identify investment opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local brokers, research providers, analysts, and other market participants in Vietnam.
- Stay abreast of regulatory developments, market structure changes, liquidity conditions, and other factors affecting the Vietnamese equity market.

- Education & Professional Qualifications.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- CFA Charterholder or CFA Candidate (Level II or above).
- Valid Fund Manager License as required by the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).
- Experience & Other Qualifications.
- Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience in fund management, equity research, investment management, or a related field.
- At least 1 - 3 years of direct experience managing or covering Vietnamese equities.
