• You will be responsible for the creation of SEO proposal and statement of work and expected to have a broad understanding of all aspect that effect SEO strategy and performance; Technical SEO, Onpage & Offpage SEO, search intent and consumer insights, website UX, content strategy, content marketing, content creation and content development process as well as conversion rate optimization.

• Providing on-page and off-page (content marketing) strategy and coordination with team to deliver best-in-class SEO projects.

• Provide project planning timeframe and response to client briefs.
• Regular monitor content on the client's site and as well as content marketing plan delivery.
• Supporting the development of client target and ensuring content marketing implementation achieves the KPIs set out at the campaign planning stage.

• Line-management of all individuals within team including making sure timesheets are complete, signing off holiday, illness and conducting appraisals and objective setting.

• Running regular status meeting with agencies teams to ensure campaign activity is progressing as planned and that there is appropriate communication to the client from across the account team.

• Have a habit to catch up SEO industry trends, movement and ecosystem changes which may related to SEO campaign performance.
• Must be keen in learning other search engine mechanics such as, Youtube Search, Ecommerce Search and internal website search algorithm.
• Have abilities to use and utilize SEO tools including Google Search Consoles, Google Webmaster tool, Google keyword planner, Ahrefs, DeepCrawl, MOZ, SerpBoo Etc.
• Deep familiarity with the core strategies used for SEO, in particular technical optimization, as well as keyword research, content, linking, digital asset optimization etc.
• Ability to work face-to-face with client teams is essential.
• Web analytics experience is essential. Advanced configuration and analysis experience/certifications are desirable.
• Web Development Skills - HTML, CSS, JavaScript and server-side scripting languages.
• Understanding of common web server technologies, and popular content management systems, their limitations and how to work within these to achieve SEO requirements.
