- Facilitates process of working with Feature owner and team to re-balance and re-prioritize work within a sprint.
- Facilitate effective communication within the program team and with external stakeholders. Ensure that stakeholders are informed about program progress and key milestones (incl. change management support).
- Generate regular and ad-hoc reports, dashboards, and analysis to provide insights into program performance, progress, and key metrics.
- Manage progress by facilitating agile events (incl. coordinate sprint planning, daily standups, and review/retrospective sessions) and helping team members overcome roadblocks.

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant fields i.e. Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Sciences or Information Technology.
- Experience leading a team of 5+ members.
- Previous experience in a PMO or project management role, preferably in large-scale programs.
- Experience in managing complex programs, handling a wide range of responsibilities, and contributing to strategic decision-making.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of program and project management methodologies (experience in Agile ways of working is preferred).
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
- Familiarity with risk management, financial management, and governance principles.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of quality assurance processes to ensure deliverables meet established standards.
