• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans in line with the curriculum (EYFS, Reggio Emilia, or other relevant frameworks).
• Foster a play-based learning environment that supports children's development and growth.
• Maintain a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment.
• Encourage positive behaviour and manage conflicts effectively.
• Observe and document children's progress and milestones.
• Tailor activities to meet the individual needs of each child.
• Maintain open and professional communication with parents.
• Provide regular updates on children's progress and address any concerns.
• Work closely with teaching assistants and other staff members to ensure a cohesive learning experience.
• Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and school events.
• Uphold the school s mission, values, and culture.
• Assist with extra-curricular activities, field trips, and special projects as needed.
• Adapt to varying schedules and tasks as needed, including changes to classroom activities or school events.
• Be willing to take on additional responsibilities when necessary to ensure smooth school operations.
• Bachelor s degree in Early Childhood Education, Education, or a related field.
• Experience teaching children, preferably in an early years or preschool setting.
• Knowledge of early childhood education frameworks such as EYFS, Reggio Emilia, or similar approaches.
• Strong understanding of child development and age-appropriate teaching practices.
• Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
• Ability to create a nurturing, safe, and engaging learning environment.
• Professional and positive communication skills with parents and colleagues.
• Passionate about working with children and supporting their holistic development.
• Good command of English (spoken and written).
• Willingness to participate in training, school activities, and ongoing professional development.
