• What would I do as a Growth Marketing Analyst?.
• Develop, implement and test digital marketing strategies across channels to find the best method to grow each of our unique clients.
• Launch and optimize campaigns across the platforms that matter most to our clients: from Meta and Google to TikTok and e-commerce ads, adapting fast to what works.
• Conduct data-driven (A/B) testing of creatives, audiences, landing pages, ad copy and campaigns to improve key metrics down the marketing funnel.
• Manage and allocate budgets across campaigns and platforms to maximize ROI.
• Work with our tech team to ensure proper tracking, attribution, and insights, using tools like GA4, Meta Events Manager, and conversion APIs.
• Communicate directly and proactively with clients regarding campaigns performance, owning client growth outcomes: if a channel isnt working, you find another way.
• Develop full-funnel marketing strategies, from idea to execution, with minimal handholding: at the bottom of the funnel you will get to improve retention and work within CRM systems, like HubSpot and Salesforce.
• Regularly brainstorm and closely collaborate with our other teams - i.e. creative, tech - to come up with new ideas for tests or ways to improve.
• Understand clients business model and their unique challenges, audiences, messaging and brand positioning.
• Adopt a client oriented approach to strengthen client working relationships.
• Use 20% of your time to contribute beyond client work, whether thats building internal tools, testing new services, or co-creating the future of marketyze with the team.

• Do I need previous digital marketing experience?.
• Previous professional digital marketing experience isnt required. Nevertheless, we will have a strong preference for candidates who have demonstrated some degree of interest in the field one way or another. For example, having managed a Facebook page or having completed a digital marketing course (online or at university) will be highly beneficial to your application.

The interview will consist of three parts: 1) your introduction, 2) questions from us to you, 3) questions from you to us: you can ask anything to anyone, as much as you like or time allows.
• If successful on the first round interview, there will be a case study in Excel format and a second round remote interview with our co-founder. The format of the interview as well as the line of questioning is identical to the first round, but here we will likely ask further on aspects of you we would like to know more about.
• If successful on the second round interview, we will schedule a third round cultural fit interview with your future supervisor as well as two other team members (in Thai). The goal of this interview is to make sure you fit well in our team & culture, and thus the line of questioning will revolve around establishing this.
• Done! By the end of the same week your third round cultural fit interview is held, you will hear the final result, which is either an offer letter or a rejection email.
