• Supervise and monitor electrical installation works performed by the EPC contractor, including transformers, switchgears, MCC, cabling, control panels, and instrumentation.
• Ensure installation quality, safety compliance, and conformity to project drawings and engineering standards.
• Coordinate with the owner's engineering team, EPC contractors, and consultants to resolve technical issues onsite.
• Participate in Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT), Site Acceptance Tests (SAT), loop checks, and system function tests.
• Support commissioning activities and system handover preparation to the operations team.
• Supervise and lead electrical personnel in the safe and timely execution of daily tasks and assignments.
• Oversee electrical repairs and troubleshooting activities; support the training and development of team members.
• Collaborate with the Maintenance Manager to establish a preventive maintenance program and ensure availability of necessary spare parts and consumables.
• Enhance and update technical information related to electrical equipment within the maintenance database system.
• Maintain accurate records, including maintenance logs, equipment history, journals, and required reports.
• Provide direction, control, and performance evaluation for subordinate staff.
• Initiate purchase requisitions for required maintenance parts and materials, and submit for necessary approvals.
• Job Qualifications.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in power plants or industrial facilities, especially in electrical and control systems..
• Must have knowledge of and actively support quality, environmental, safety, and social management systems (e.g., ISO 14001, ISO 9001, ISO 45001, and ESMS).
• Good knowledge of high voltage (HV) electrical systems, electrical protection, PLC, SCADA, and instrumentation.
• Experience in both construction supervision and plant operation & maintenance is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and planning skills.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
• Fluent in English both written and verbal (Minimum 600 TOEIC score).

• Monitor and control the power supply, water usage, compressed air systems, HVAC, generator operations, cooling tower functions, and other facility or utility systems to ensure a reliable supply.
• Manage, prepare, implement, and evaluate preventive maintenance (PM) plans for on-site equipment and utility systems.
• Manage Corrective Maintenance, troubleshoot abnormalities and perform Root Cause Analysis to prevent recurrence.
• Supervise, inspect and accept vendor/contractor work in line with engineering, safety and company standards.
• Ensure compliance with legal requirements such as annual electrical inspection, fire protection inspection, environmental and energy regulations.
• Monitor utility consumption and implement energy-saving projects to improve efficiency and reduce operating cost.
• Maintain engineering documents such as AutoCAD drawings, Single Line Diagrams and Pipping & Instrument Diagram (P&ID).
• Support emergency response for utility failure, power outage, HVAC interruption, fire protection abnormality or other facility incidents.
• Prepare maintenance records, RRE reports, budget requirements and improvement proposals for management review.
• Design, improve, and control the installation of facility systems to ensure safety and suitability to support the company's business growth.

• Who You Are (Basic Qualifications).
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, preferably Electrical, Mechanical, Control Systems, Engineering or related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in facility, utility or maintenance engineering in industrial plants or large-scale buildings, including PM/CM planning, utility systems, contractor control and compliance-related activities.

• Knowledge of electrical systems: High/Low Voltage, Transformer, Generator and UPS.
• Knowledge of mechanical/HVAC systems: Chiller, Cooling Tower, Air Compressor and Air Conditioning.
• Knowledge of sanitary/environmental systems: Water/Wastewater Treatment, Plumbing and Fire Protection.
• Ability to read/update AutoCAD drawings, Single Line Diagrams and P&ID.
• Knowledge of factory/building safety laws, environmental regulations and energy conservation standards.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical thinking and RCA skills; able to work under pressure and support emergency/on-call cases.
• Able to communicate in English.
