• ครีเอทไอเดียคอนเทนต์และแคมเปญบน Social Media ที่เชื่อมโยงแบรนด์เข้ากับผู้บริโภคได้อย่างเป็นธรรมชาติ สนุก และน่าจดจำ.
• ออกแบบ Interactive Online Experience เช่น Quiz, Challenge หรือ Campaign Mechanics ที่สร้าง Engagement และการมีส่วนร่วม.
• คิดคอนเทนต์ได้หลากหลายรูปแบบ ทั้ง Artwork, Short Video, Stories รวมถึงเลือก Format ที่เหมาะกับแต่ละแพลตฟอร์ม.
• เขียน Copy, Caption, Script และ Storytelling ที่มีเอกลักษณ์ สื่อสารตรงกับกลุ่มเป้าหมาย.
• ร่วมวาง Direction กับทีม และ Developer เพื่อให้ไอเดียสามารถเกิดขึ้นจริงได้.
• วิเคราะห์ Insight ของผู้บริโภค เทรนด์ และพฤติกรรมออนไลน์ เพื่อนำมาพัฒนาไอเดียใหม่ๆ.
• ออกไป Onsite เพื่อเก็บข้อมูล ถ่ายทำ หรือดูแลการผลิตคอนเทนต์ในบางโปรเจกต์.
• ดูแล Guideline งาน และให้คำแนะนำทีม Creative Content รุ่นน้อง รวมถึงตรวจคุณภาพงานก่อนส่งลูกค้า.
• ปริญญาตรีด้านนิเทศศาสตร์ การตลาด โฆษณา หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง.
• มีประสบการณ์ด้าน Creative Content หรือ Social Media อย่างน้อย 3 ปี.
• มี Portfolio ที่แสดงการคิดแคมเปญหรือ Creative Concept ได้จริง.
• มีทักษะด้าน Copywriting และ Storytelling.
• เข้าใจ Branding และสามารถแปล Brand Strategy ออกมาเป็น Content ได้.
• เข้าใจการทำคอนเทนต์ของแต่ละแพลตฟอร์ม (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok).
• เข้าใจการออกแบบ Interactive Campaign หรือ Digital Experience จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ.
• เข้าใจพื้นฐานของ Short-form Video และสามารถ Brief Creator หรือ Production ได้.
• ติดตามเทรนด์ Social, Pop Culture, Meme และ Digital Behavior อยู่เสมอ.
• มีความสามารถในการคิดเชิงระบบ (Concept > Content > Engagement > Result).
• มีทักษะการ Presentation และอธิบายไอเดียให้ลูกค้าเข้าใจ.
• สามารถบริหารเวลา ทำงานหลายโปรเจกต์พร้อมกันได้.

• Show up to BSA events and activations to host and conduct interviews on-camera.
• Script and develop content independently with direction from the team.
• Design graphic assets for social media, events, and campaigns.
• Support ad hoc marketing tasks and activations.
• Natural on-camera presence, confident speaking and interviewing in both Thai and English.
• Proficient in Canva or equivalent design tools.
• Can script and structure content independently.
• Understands how content performs across short-form and long-form platforms.
• Organised, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks at once.
• Video editing skills are a bonus.
