• Develop and implement the annual sales plan and sales activities in alignment with the company's business objectives and direction set by the Managing Director.
• Develop and manage the annual sales budget and ensure sales activities are aligned with the approved budget and targets.
• Work closely with the Managing Director and other department managers to ensure sales activities are effectively coordinated with other functions of ProMinent Thailand.
• Lead, manage and oversee the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets and objectives.
• Set sales targets and KPIs for the sales team, monitor performance, and take appropriate actions to ensure targets are achieved.
• Conduct regular sales forecast and sales pipeline review meetings with the sales team to ensure sufficient lead generation, opportunity development and pipeline growth to support revenue targets.
• Develop, implement and continuously improve sales processes, KPIs and working practices to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the sales team.
• Meet with key clients and support the sales team in maintaining and developing strong customer relationships.
• Develop new business opportunities and expand existing customer accounts to support sustainable sales growth.
• Monitor customer, market and competitor trends and provide relevant market feedback to management and the organization.
• Continuously assess and develop current sales channels and customer segments to identify opportunities for business growth.
• Develop Key Account business by establishing strong relationships with customers and identifying opportunities for additional sales and business development.
• Drive the sales team to adopt an industry- and application-driven approach in identifying customer needs and developing appropriate solutions.
• Prepare and present regular sales reports, sales forecasts, pipeline updates and performance reports to the Managing Director.
• Work closely with the Service/After-sales team to identify opportunities within the installed customer base and maximize additional sales of services, spare parts and related products.
• Maintain an understanding of the products, applications, market conditions and competitive landscape relevant to the company's business.
• Work with the Marketing team to support customer campaigns, sales activities, exhibitions and other activities that generate new business opportunities.
• Identify emerging market opportunities, changes in customer requirements and competitive developments, and propose appropriate sales actions.
• Review and negotiate commercial terms and conditions with customers within the company's policies and delegated authority, and coordinate with the Managing Director and relevant departments when required.
• Work closely with Technical, Project, Service, Procurement, Finance and other relevant departments to support the sales process, order fulfillment and customer requirements.
• Ensure accurate and up-to-date customer, opportunity and sales information is maintained in the CRM system.
• Coach, develop and motivate sales staff to improve their sales capabilities, product knowledge, customer management and overall performance.
• Conduct regular performance reviews with sales staff and provide appropriate feedback, guidance and development plans.
• Take an active role in resolving customer and sales-related issues and ensure appropriate follow-up with the relevant departments.
• Ensure sales activities are conducted in accordance with company policies, procedures and applicable commercial requirements.
• จัดทำ ดำเนินการ และปรับปรุงแผนการขายของแผนกให้สอดคล้องกับเป้าหมายและทิศทางของบริษัท โดยทำงานร่วมกับ MD และผู้บริหารที่เกี่ยวข้อง.
• จัดทำและดำเนินการตามงบประมาณการขายประจำปีที่ได้รับความเห็นชอบจาก MD.
• ทำงานอย่างใกล้ชิดกับ MD และทีมงาน เพื่อให้กิจกรรมด้านการขายสอดคล้องกับการดำเนินงานของหน่วยงานอื่น ๆ และสนับสนุนการบรรลุเป้าหมายการเติบโตของบริษัท โพรมิเน้นท์ (ประเทศไทย).
• กำกับ บริหาร และเป็นผู้นำทีม Sales เพื่อให้บรรลุเป้าหมายและวัตถุประสงค์ทั้งในระดับบุคคลและทีม.
• เข้าพบลูกค้ารายสำคัญ และสนับสนุนทีมขายในการรักษาและพัฒนาความสัมพันธ์กับลูกค้า.
• ผลักดันการบรรลุเป้าหมายผ่านการบริหารบุคลากร การติดตามผลการปฏิบัติงาน การประเมินผลงาน การให้รางวัลและการยอมรับผลงานที่เหมาะสม.
• จัดประชุมทบทวน Forecast และ Sales Pipeline กับทีมขายอย่างสม่ำเสมอ เพื่อให้มั่นใจว่าการสร้าง Lead และการพัฒนา Pipeline มีเพียงพอต่อการบรรลุเป้าหมายรายได้.
• กำหนด KPI ติดตามผล และผลักดันให้ทีมสามารถบรรลุ KPI รวมถึงปรับปรุงกระบวนการทำงานของฝ่ายขายอย่างต่อเนื่อง.
• ประเมินช่องทางการขายและกลุ่มลูกค้าในปัจจุบัน พัฒนาและประเมินประสิทธิภาพของแต่ละช่องทาง รวมถึงบริหารประเด็นหรือความขัดแย้งที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการขายให้สอดคล้องกับแผนงานของบริษัท.
• พัฒนาธุรกิจ Key Account โดยสร้างและรักษาความสัมพันธ์ที่ดีกับลูกค้า และหาโอกาสในการเพิ่มยอดขายจากลูกค้าปัจจุบัน.
• ผลักดันและพัฒนาทีมขายให้มุ่งเน้นแนวทางการขายที่พิจารณาตามอุตสาหกรรมและการประยุกต์ใช้งานของลูกค้า.
• จัดทำและนำเสนอรายงานยอดขาย Forecast และ Sales Pipeline ต่อ MD อย่างสม่ำเสมอ.
• พัฒนาธุรกิจ After-sales/Service โดยทำงานร่วมกับทีม Service เพื่อเพิ่มโอกาสในการขายบริการ อะไหล่ และผลิตภัณฑ์ที่เกี่ยวข้องจากฐานลูกค้าเดิม.
• ติดตามข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับตลาด ลูกค้า คู่แข่ง และแนวโน้มของอุตสาหกรรมที่เกี่ยวข้อง และนำข้อมูลดังกล่าวมาใช้ในการวางแผนและปรับปรุงการขาย.
• ทำงานร่วมกับฝ่าย Marketing ในการวางแผนและดำเนินกิจกรรมเพื่อสร้างลูกค้าใหม่ รวมถึงกิจกรรมส่งเสริมการขายและงานแสดงสินค้าที่เกี่ยวข้อง.
• ติดตามตลาดใหม่ การเปลี่ยนแปลงของตลาด ความต้องการของลูกค้า ผลิตภัณฑ์ใหม่ และสถานการณ์การแข่งขัน เพื่อหาโอกาสและแนวทางในการเพิ่มยอดขาย.
• ทบทวน เจรจา และประสานงานเกี่ยวกับสัญญา รวมถึงข้อกำหนดและเงื่อนไขทางการค้ากับลูกค้า ภายใต้นโยบายและอำนาจอนุมัติที่บริษัทกำหนด.
• Required Qualification.
• Education: Bachelor's Degree in a related field; with at least 10 years' experience in sales or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be considered.
• Economics and/or Engineering Degree.
• Ability to develop, plan and execute sales strategies and initiatives in alignment with the business objectives of ProMinent Thailand.
• Ability to handle, organize and coordinate multiple sales projects and activities at one time and prioritize accordingly.
• Proven history of using creativity and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
• Ability to think through challenges and provide proactive solutions.
• Proven leadership, with the ability to develop, coach and motivate sales staff.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and Thai.
• Ability to work collaboratively with other departments to accomplish business goals.
• Strong decision-making skills.
• Excellent presentation skills.
• Experience in managing sales performance and profitability.
• Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally when required.
• Proficient in CRM Systems; ideally experienced in SAP C4C and SAP ERP.
• Excellent negotiation skills.
• Sales reporting and performance reporting experience.
• Strong awareness and sensitivity to market trends and industry developments.
• Experience in sales and marketing for pumps, metering pumps, controllers & sensors, water treatment equipment such as UV & ozone, or other industrial and engineering products/systems.
• Experience in contract and commercial terms & conditions review and negotiation.
• ปริญญาตรีในสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง และมีประสบการณ์ทำงานอย่างน้อย 10 ปี หรือมีประสบการณ์และวุฒิการศึกษาที่สามารถเทียบเท่ากันได้.
• วุฒิการศึกษาด้านเศรษฐศาสตร์ และ/หรือวิศวกรรมศาสตร์.
• มีความสามารถในการวางแผนและดำเนินการตามกลยุทธ์และแนวทางการขายให้สอดคล้องกับเป้าหมายของบริษัท.
• สามารถบริหาร จัดลำดับความสำคัญ และประสานงานหลายโครงการหรือกิจกรรมด้านการขายพร้อมกันได้.
• มีประสบการณ์ในการใช้ความคิดสร้างสรรค์และวิจารณญาณในการวางแผนและดำเนินงานเพื่อให้บรรลุเป้าหมาย.
• สามารถวิเคราะห์ปัญหา คาดการณ์ความท้าทาย และนำเสนอแนวทางแก้ไขเชิงรุกได้.
• มีภาวะผู้นำและความสามารถในการบริหาร พัฒนา Coaching และสร้างแรงจูงใจให้กับทีมขาย.
• มีทักษะการสื่อสารภาษาไทยและภาษาอังกฤษทั้งการพูดและการเขียนในระดับดี.
• สามารถทำงานร่วมกับหน่วยงานอื่น ๆ เพื่อให้บรรลุเป้าหมายของบริษัท.
• มีทักษะในการตัดสินใจและแก้ไขปัญหา.
• มีทักษะการนำเสนอที่ดี.
• มีประสบการณ์ด้านการบริหารยอดขายและความสามารถในการบริหารผลกำไรของงานขาย.
• สามารถเดินทางภายในประเทศ และเดินทางไปต่างประเทศได้ตามความจำเป็นของงาน.
• มีความเชี่ยวชาญในการใช้ระบบ CRM หากมีประสบการณ์ SAP C4C และ SAP ERP จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ.
• มีทักษะการเจรจาต่อรองที่ดี.
• มีประสบการณ์ด้าน Sales Reporting และการจัดทำรายงานผลการดำเนินงาน.
• มีความเข้าใจและตระหนักถึงแนวโน้มตลาดและการพัฒนาของอุตสาหกรรม.
• มีประสบการณ์ด้านการขายและการตลาดเกี่ยวกับปั๊ม, Metering Pump, Controller & Sensors, อุปกรณ์บำบัดน้ำ เช่น UV และ Ozone หรือผลิตภัณฑ์/ระบบอุตสาหกรรมและวิศวกรรมอื่น ๆ.
• มีประสบการณ์ในการทบทวนและเจรจาสัญญา รวมถึงข้อกำหนดและเงื่อนไขทางการค้า.
