Responsible for conducting and delivering high value financial analysis as well as developing AIA's financial plans and budgets to facilitate management decision making

• Perform economic research and studies of rates of return, depreciation and investments
• Analyse profit-and-loss income statements, prepare reports and recommendations to management
• Generate forecasts and analyse trends in sales, finance and other areas of business
• Research economic progressions
• Create financial models of "what if" scenarios for future business planning decisions
• Compile and review budgets in terms of actual performance, previous expenditures, estimated expenses and income
• Maintain accurate spending records and establish measures for budgetary control
• Conduct analysis of competitors, operational effectiveness and capacity utilization
• May research, evaluate and analyse prospective mergers and acquisitions
• Responsible for other relating tasks as assigned to align with business policy and build long term business growth.
