About the Role
Responsible for ensuring optimal utilisation of AIA facilities and operating the facilities' mechanical and electrical systems as appropriate- Assess and evaluate the physical space requirements and recommend plans to meet needs
- Conduct ongoing inspection and maintenance to ensure proper functioning of facilities, monitor, troubleshoot, repair, and replace the facilities' mechanical and electrical components and systems
- Hire and oversees outside contractors for facility maintenance
- Recommend purchase of maintenance tools, equipment and supplies as required
- Responsible for other relating tasks as assigned to align with business policy and build long term business growth.
